Low Season Rates (MAY 1 - OCT. 15)

Daily: $295.00 per night single or double occupancy (3 night minimum)

Weekly: $1,770.00 per week single or double occupancy, the 7th night is FREE

Monthly: $5,310.00 per month single or double occupancy

Third and fourth person charges are an additional $25.00 per night for each additional occupant with a maximum occupancy of four adult guests.

High Season Rates (OCT. 16 - APRIL 30)

Daily: $325.00 per night single or double occupancy (3 night minimum)

Weekly: $1,950.00 per week single or double occupancy, the 7th night is FREE

Monthly: $5,850.00 per month single or double occupancy

Taxes and Fees.

The State of Hawaii requires that we collect a 7.25% bed tax and a 4.16% sales tax - all rates subject to change. This is added to all rental charges.

There is a refundable cleaning deposit of $250.00.

Reservations

A refundable security / damage deposit of $500.00 plus the $250.00 cleaning deposit is due within 10 days of booking in order to confirm reservations. Your deposit will be refunded within 21 days after your departure.

Rental is by written agreement and we require full payment 60 days prior to your arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are refundable (less a $100 cancellation fee) provided cancellation is made within 60 days prior to your arrival date.

For cancellations made with less than 60 days notice, rental fees wil be refunded (less cancellation fee) only if we are able to re-book the vacancy. Reservations are in high demand but are difficult to re-book at the last moment.
